Scheduling & our Policies
PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
A nonrefundable $100 scheduling fee is required to book all appointments, the exception being your 6-8 week touch-up. This must be paid at the time of booking! The fee will be applied to your remaining balance that is due at the time of your procedure.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your scheduling needs but please provide us with proper notice. If you reschedule your appointment without 72-hour notice, you will forfeit the $100, and a secondary, $100 fee will be required to reschedule. Touch Up/Perfecting Appointments (6-8 weeks):
We do not require a scheduling fee for your 6-8 week touchup appointment at this time. If you need to move your appointment we are happy to do so as a one-time courtesy, with a 72-hour notice. If you need to move your appointment a second time a $50 scheduling fee will be necessary to reschedule.

TO NOT FOLLOWING PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS, THE $100 SCHEDULING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
IF YOU ARE A “NO SHOW” AT YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL FORFEIT THE $100 SCHEDULING FEE AND A NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. ADDITIONAL OCCURRENCE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF FUTURE SERVICES AT REPLENISHED YOU PERMANENT COSMETICS.
